Chocolate truffles are easier to make than you think!
They also make the perfect foodie gift for family and friends.
- ½ cup of freeze dried raspberries
- 250ml of double cream
- 100g moist, dark brown sugar
- 250g of best quality dark chocolate (chopped into small pieces)
- Pinch of sea salt
- Cocoa powder
