AROMA AND PALATE
A bold ripe nose reflecting the excellent 2012 vintage, showing fresh vibrant complex plum, clove, spice and peat. Carefully selected oak adds cedar notes and a touch of char to round out an impressive nose.
Full bodied with sweet, spicy fruit and ripe berry flavours. Fine grained tannins and well integrated oak give a lovely texture, leading to long finish. An outstanding vintage in the classic Centenary Hill style.
Goes well with hargrilled venison fillet with cherry glaze or barbequed kangaroo fillet served on hummus with roasted baby beets and spiced yoghurt.
