AROMA & PALATE
Citrus, including lemon and grapefruit, as well as flinty and stony aromas.
A citrus backbone but with savoury notes from subtle oak influence and a creamy texture.

A fresh green papaya salad with shredded chicken, coconut milk based Thai curries or an apple tart.
